Terms of service

1. Main sections to include - 

Introduction & acceptance: State that by using rarespray.com or placing an order, the customer agrees to the Terms of Service and related policies (privacy, refund, shipping).

Store details & eligibility: RARE SPRAY WE PROVIDE PAN INDIA DELIVERY.

2. Orders, pricing, and payment - 

: Explain that prices are in INR, can change anytime, and that orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully processed. 

: List accepted payment methods (UPI, cards, wallets, COD if any) and note that fraudulent or suspicious orders may be refused or cancelled. 

3. Shipping, returns, and use of perfumes -

: Describe shipping timelines, delivery partners, possible delays, and that risk passes on delivery to the customer’s address. 

: Cross‑refer to your Return & Refund Policy for conditions on damaged/incorrect perfumes, and mention that fragrances must be used as per safety instructions and only for personal use. 

4. Intellectual property and website use -

: State that all logos, content, images, and bottle designs on Rare Spray are owned by RARE SPRAY and cannot be copied without permission.

 : Add acceptable ‑ use rules (no hacking, scraping, or misuse of reviews) and a right to terminate access for violations.

5. Disclaimers, liability, and law -

: Add disclaimer that product images and notes are for representation; scent perception can vary, so you limit liability to the product price where legally allowed. 

: Specify governing law and jurisdiction as India, preferably courts in Madhya Pradesh.
