RARE SPRAY RETUEN AND REFUND POLICY

1.Eligibility for return -

Perfumes are non‑returnable once delivered, opened, or used, due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns are accepted only if:

:The product is received damaged, leaking, or broken, 

:You received the wrong product or missing item. 

2. Time window -

 Customers must raise a return or replacement request within 24–48 hours of delivery (choose one), with order ID and clear photos / unboxing video of the issue.

3. Return / replacement process -

Customer emails or WhatsApps Rare Spray support with:

: Order number, name, and contact.

: Photos / video clearly showing damage, leakage, or wrong product received. 

: After approval, customer ships the product back in original packaging, or a pickup is arranged depending on your courier. 

4. Refunds -

: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, refund is processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method or as store credit (choose your preference). 

: Shipping charges are typically non‑refundable except when Rare Spray shipped a wrong or damaged item. 

 5. Non‑returnable / non‑refundable cases -

Opened, used, or partially used perfumes. 

: Sale/discounted items, free gifts, and customized / engraved bottles (if you ever offer them). 

: Claims raised after the mentioned time window or without required proof (photos / video).
